PROBLEMS WITH DVDs:
If you are experiencing problems with the playback of any DVDs, it may be a format problem rather than a defective DVD. Please return the DVD(s) to me with a note explaining the problem and I will return a new DVD(s) in a different format.

01.19.2009 - DVD FORMAT CHANGE
I have once again started sending all DVDs out in the -R format. If you order DVDs after January 19, 2009, you will receive them in the -R format. If you have problems with them, return them and I will replace them with the +R format. Greg

03.05.2006 - PROBLEMS WITH DVDs
If you are experiencing playback problems with your DVDs, it may not be a defective DVD, just a format problem. There are 3 formats that play in DVD players, a +R, a -R, and a pressed version. Pressed (manufactured) versions will play in everything. +R or -R will play in most machines. Sometimes they only work in specific ones. I send out all of my DVDs in the +R format. If it does not work in your machine correctly, return it with a note and your address and I will send you the -R format. Thanks for your support. Greg
